Hotel accommodation

We work with several hotels in the central parts of Gothenburg.
If you choose this option, 3 and 4-bed rooms are included in our price.
If the team wants to use other room categories, there is an additional fee.

Double room if the team chooses more than 2 rooms in that category, there is an additional fee of 100 SEK/person/night If you are 17 people and book five 3-bed rooms and one double room, there is NO additional fee for that room.

Single room if someone chooses this option, there is an additional fee of 400 SEK/night This option has limited rooms available at each hotel.

 IMPORTANT!
Two weeks before arrival, the hotel requires a list from you with your room layout/who lives together in the different rooms.
  If you do not know which room types you have been allocated, do not contact the hotel!

Arrival day is Friday, check-in from 3:00 PM.
