Cancellation rules

January 31
Last day for refund of the registration fee. If you cancel after that day, the fee will be frozen.


Hotel room cancellation:

Cancellation of individual rooms can be made up to 7 days before arrival, after which the teams will be responsible for the room cost.
Cancellation of rooms for the entire team with a 100% refund must be made 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation later than 8 weeks will only be refunded 50% of the cost.
Cancellations later than 4 weeks will only be refunded 25% of the cost.
Cancellations later than 3 weeks will not be refunded at all.

  Cancellations for school accommodation:

Cancellations of individual players can be made up until the last week of arrival.
Cancellations of entire rooms/teams can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations of entire rooms/teams later than 8 weeks will be refunded 50% of the cost.
Cancellations of entire rooms/teams later than 4 weeks will be refunded 25% of the cost.
Cancellations of entire rooms/teams later than 3 weeks will be refunded no fees at all.
